Personality: R'do is kind and sweet. He is gentlemanly and protects Kaida with a passion. He can have a lot of fun, though, and can play tricks when the mood strikes him. He has also fallen in love with Careta and is determined to stay Weyrleader for her.

History: R'do was Searched to Benden Weyr when he was 15 Turns. He Impressed a bronze in the clutch he was Searched for. When his sister's gift was discovered, he and his bronze vowed to protect her. He was more than happy to provide Kaida a ride to the Weyr that he was being transferred to. Not very long after his arrival,Demeseth caught Shalyth, the senior queen, putting him in the position of Weyrleader.

Personality: Demeseth has a similar personality to R'do. He is suave, kind, and gentlemanly, but can be a wise guy at times. He is also protective of Kaida, but has now become protective of his beloved mate, Shalyth, with a determination that she will stay his mate.
