Identifying traits: Almost pigmentless hair
Appearance: Naori isn't tall but isn't short. He's willowy though, without an ounce of muscle on him, but an excellent swimmer. He was born with a slight defect, most likely because his parents were first cousins, and their family seemed to be somewhat inbred as well. His sister Amie had a bit of a defect as well. Naori's wasn't nearly so bad, attractive and exotic, even. His hair had almost no pigment in it whatsoever, resulting in a silvery-white color, with a tint of blond that was slightly visible in the sun. Darn proud of it, he wears it almost to his waiste, always kept well rushed and alternating between ponytail and loose.His eyes are a rare shade of bright, very clear green. Well tanned, Naori can live up to the term bronze god-or goddess. ^_~ Although normally dressed as a male would, he has been wearing female clothing for certain reasons in the last month or so.
Personality: Outgoing and flirtatious, Naori would much rather go to a party than study anything. He used to be way to flirtatious, but a certain incident dulled his *ehem* wanton ways a great deal. In fact, flirting has become simply teasing nowadays, especially since he has no wish to COMPLETELY distroy his chances of a good reputation at Tanora Weyr. Still, he remains always cheerful and loves stirring up trouble.He has a strong link with animals of all sorts, mostly ones not of the four-legged variety. Due to being raised in the water, Naori is an excellent swimmer.
History: Naori was the second born of five to a
family of dolphineers. He grew up
surrounded by shipfish and loves them endlessly. When his family found
out
his sexual prefferences, nobody seemed to mind in the least. His flirting
got
way out of hand when, at a gather, two young men put each other in the
infirmiry-critical condition- over him. Brought to his senses, the
youth
immediatly toned down his overly outgoing ways.
Soon after, he found a hawks nest with four eggs. Finding the mangled remains
of a hawk nearby, he took the eggs home. Soon his stubborn attempts to
hatch them, despite his parents discuragments, paid off. Though two egg
proved a lost cause, two hatched and immediatly attached themselves to
the
boy. Within three turns they grew into fine specimens of their species.
At sixteen, Naori tried on his sisters outfit for a practical joke. He went out parrading in the street in a dress, only to get searched by a bluerider, who claimed that he'd never seen a "prettier young lady". That gave Naori an idea. Nobody could tell that he wasn't female when he donned a dress; even his own parents. Only the very trained eye of a non-straight man could tell. Taking a turn to learn the mannerisms of a female, Naori finally set out to Tanora Weyr with the hope that he might impress gold if he was just girl enough. Or if not, atleast he'd have some fun, wouldn't he?

Choko are brother and sister, from the same clutch of eggs.
Beautiful birds, alasdair is an extremely dark brown, while Choko is a
chestnt shade, almost auburn-like. Both are patterned with white and black,
as
per breed. Alasdair is serious, regal and protective, all business, while
his
sister Choko is a bit more flighty and happy. Both are well trained and
are
allowed to leave their master whenever they wish, but one is always perched
on
his arm while the other hunts and so on
