Appearance: Kinev stands about 5'11 and weighs
185
pounds. He prefers dark clothing, but
has a love of bright shiny things
(metal brooches or pins) and has one
ear pierced; he wears an earring with a
dangling piece of garnet in it.
Personality: Kinev is friendly, but will easily
be
tempted into a fight by insults to
himself or friends. He has a tendency
to overreact and get very protective of
friends or people he considers under
his protection. Generally easy to get
along with, Kinev has always wanted to
be either a Runner or a dragonrider.
History: Kinev was Apprenticed into the Runners
at the age of thirteen, and since has
been active and valuable, always
dependable. He has gotten into one or
two fights, usually over percieved (or
in the case of a knifefight which left
him with a scar) or actual insults. He
has arrived at the Weyr with a message
for one of the weyrfolk, and has been
granted permission to briefly remain
there--he recently walked the tables to
Journeyman status, and this was his
first long run.
