Identifying traits: A few freckles, pale skin, reddish-blond hair.
Appearance: Short for her age, standing only 5 feet 3 inches, with reddish-blond hair and dark brown, almost black, eyes. She has quite pale skin that burns easily, and a few freckles spattered across her nose. Plain of features, but verging on pretty.
Personality: Jayen was shy as a child, but since being trained at the harper hall, she has become more outgoing. Very protective of children due to her mother's death five turns ago.
History: Second born of six, Jayen is the only daughter. She grew up with animals on the small un-named Cot-Hold, and would have gone on to become a Herder Apprentice, except that her mother, the Local Harper, had noticed her apparent Talent in Singing. On her 6th birthday, her mother arranged for her to be sent to the Harper Hall for further education and for the chance to become a Harper Apprentice when she reached her 12th birthday. She often came back to the Cot-Hold to help out with the Harvest and with Caring for the Beast's. Her mother died on her 11th birthday, when her youngest brother was only 1 turn old, so she came back to the Cot-Hold to help out for a while. She returned to the Harper Hall three months before her 12th birthday and concentrated only on her education and singing lessons in the hopes of being apprenticed. She was apprenticed a month after her 12th birthday, and now hopes to continue her training at the Harper Hall, and to go on and be a Journeywoman when she reaches 18 Turns. She impressed a blue firelizard called Tossi when she was 13 turns.
A little less than a turn ago, she impressed a green dragonet called Rivinth.

Tossi is a small,
firelizard. He is mottled with
different mixes of dark and light
blues, and can hard to see when hiding
in dark places. Tossi loves to eat, and
as a result is quite fat. Being fat
doesn't inhibit him in any way from
doing his loved aeronautical displays.
Personality: Tossi is a firelizard with
style. He can do every single known
aeronautical display and he shows off
his mastery in the sky whenever he
can. He finds happiness in eating,
playing games with the other
firelizards, doing aeronautical
displays and most importantly, in
being with his owner. He practises his
aeronautics on his owners' friends and
other firelizards
